Unless your are familiar with this particular bread, its name can sound a little devious! The name is actually German and that's where this holiday bread is derived from. Its more dense than Italian breads. It contains sliced almonds, diced fruit and raisins. The fruit is soaked in Rum for a hint of flavor.Great with morning coffee.This product contains nuts!

Our breakfast sandwiches are all made to order. Our European croissants really set us apart from other breakfast sandwiches. You can also choose a soft roll or plain bagel. For now we are limiting options to see what people want and we will adjust accordingly with time. Thank you for your patience.

Our coffee is roasted by Richard Allen a local roaster who has been supplying us with coffee for many years. Richard is as passionate about his coffee as we are about our pastries. Everything is done in small batches to maintain quality and consistency.
Cold Brew
Our Local Roaster (who is less then miles away) Makes us a special Course blend of our favorite coffee. We take that in house and soak it in a specially made stainless steel barrel for hours. Where it slow drips through a filter into a special chamber where we can empty it. We then infuse nitrogen into the coffee though a small stone. This is where the magic happens. We pour our coffee through a Guinness tap for you to enjoy.
